2. Products

We sell high-quality art prints, including limited-edition and numbered editions.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, dimensions, materials and other characteristics accurately. However, colours displayed on screens may vary slightly from the physical artwork.

Where a print forms part of a limited edition, the product page will state the relevant edition information where applicable.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euro.

Where applicable, prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Any additional delivery charges will be clearly displayed before the customer completes the order.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customers may be responsible for local import duties, taxes or customs charges unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Orders

By placing an order, the customer makes an offer to purchase the selected product(s).

After an order is submitted, we will send an electronic confirmation. A binding sales contract is concluded when we accept the order, for example by confirming the order or dispatching the product.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

a product is unavailable;
an obvious pricing or product-description error has occurred;
payment cannot be authorised; or
we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.

5. Limited Editions

Some artworks are offered in strictly limited quantities.

Where applicable, individual prints may be numbered and/or supplied with documentation such as a certificate of authenticity.

Edition numbers shown in product photographs are illustrative unless a particular edition number is expressly offered for sale.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights in the underlying artwork.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is dispatched unless another arrangement has expressly been agreed.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance. Where EU consumer law establishes mandatory delivery requirements, those rights remain unaffected.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers located in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

The withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.

9. Personalised or Custom-Made Products

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised, where the applicable legal requirements for this exception are satisfied.

A product being described as a “limited edition” or being part of a numbered edition does not, by itself, mean that the statutory withdrawal right is excluded.

Where a product is genuinely personalised or custom-made and the withdrawal exception applies, this will be clearly communicated before purchase.

10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If an artwork arrives damaged, defective or is not the product ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at https://www.dutchskies360.com/pages/contact.

Please provide your order number and, where useful, photographs showing the issue and packaging.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

11. Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, graphics, branding, text and other content displayed through [SHOP NAME] are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a physical print gives the purchaser ownership of that physical copy only.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the purchase does not grant permission to reproduce, scan, photograph for commercial reproduction, distribute, modify, publish, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the artwork.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was concluded or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

If you are an EU consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of your country of habitual residence.
