RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY

We want customers to be happy with their artwork. This policy explains your return rights, including statutory rights available to consumers in the European Union.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

You must send us a clear statement informing us that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.

Returning the Artwork

After notifying us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods within the period required by applicable law.

Unless we state otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer bears the direct cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind withdrawal.

We strongly recommend using appropriate protective packaging for artwork.

You may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

Where a valid statutory withdrawal is exercised, we will reimburse payments received from you as required by applicable consumer law, including eligible standard delivery costs.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Personalised and Custom-Made Artwork

The statutory withdrawal right may not apply to artwork made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Where this exception applies, it will be clearly indicated before you place your order.

A print being part of a limited or numbered edition does not automatically make it a personalised or custom-made product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

The statutory withdrawal procedure is separate from your rights concerning damaged, defective or incorrect products.

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, contact us at https://www.dutchskies360.com/pages/contact and include:

• your order number;

• a description of the problem; and

• photographs of the artwork and packaging where reasonably possible.

We will work with you to provide the remedy required under applicable consumer law.
